Running is not just a sport for me; it's a way of life. I believe in training smart and integrating running into your daily routine to achieve a balanced lifestyle.

I’ve been in and around fitness my whole life. I grew up playing football from a young age, which built a strong foundation in training, discipline, and performance. That early exposure shaped my understanding of hard work, consistency, and what it takes to continually improve.
At 22, after moving away, I discovered running and quickly fell in love with the challenge it brought—both physically and mentally. Running taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of structured progression, lessons that now form a key part of how I coach.
I’ve been a qualified personal trainer for the past five years, working with clients of all abilities to build strength, improve fitness, and develop sustainable habits. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based training, real-world experience, and a practical approach that fits around real life.
I believe consistency, accountability, and intelligent programming are what truly drive lasting results.

My background in team sports and endurance running gives me a well-rounded approach to coaching. I know how to develop strength, fitness, and mental resilience, while keeping training structured, purposeful, and sustainable.
As an online coach, my priority is clarity and accountability. You’ll know why you’re doing each session, how it supports your goal, and how to progress safely and effectively over time. Training should fit into your life—not take it over.

1. Complete the Onboarding Form
You’ll start by completing a short form covering your running background, goals, availability, and any injury history. This gives me the key details before we speak.
2. Phone or Video Call
We then schedule a call to discuss your goals in more detail, align expectations, and make sure the coaching approach is right for you.
3. Personalised Plan Creation & Adjustments
Based on the form and our conversation, I create your tailored running plan. Training is reviewed regularly and adjusted weekly as you progress.
4. Ongoing Communication & Support
You’ll receive consistent support, regular check-ins, and open communication to keep you accountable and moving forward.
